Obituary Billy Ray Taulbee, 60, husband of Tammy Taulbee, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013. He was born in Winchester, KY to Frances Ada Simpson and the late James Taulbee on July 9, 1952. He was the maintenance supervisor for the Frankfort Country Club. Mr. Taulbee was also a member of the Pentecostal Church of God and loved fishing and doing yard work. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and son. In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Taulbee is survived by his daughters, Alexa and Siarra Ozaydin and Amy Taulbee; his son, Gabriel James Taulbee; his brother, Gary (Brenda) Taulbee of Frankfort; and his four step-sisters and four stepbrothers, all of FL. Funeral Information Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the West Frankfort Church of God, Louisville Road. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.
