Anthony ""Doo"" Renda passed away September 16, 2017 in Venice FL at the age of 73 of lung cancer with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of almost 51 years, Rosalie, his daughter Alison (preceded in death by Mike), his son Anthony (Amy), & his son Josh (Neeli) and 7 grandchildren, Brianna & Ally McMillen, Spencer & Katherine Renda, and Alex, Ava, and Alyse Renda. Mr. Renda has 2 brothers, Joe (Marie), and Nick (Kathy) Renda. He had 16 nieces and nephews. Anthony was born September 29th 1943, in White Plains, NY. Anthony married Rosalie on October 16, 1966, and moved to Venice, FL in 1980. He was self-employed as a musician for most of his life, and retired from SCAT in 2009. Doo will always be remembered as a dedicated husband, loving father and an incredible ""Pappa Doo."" A memorial Service for Anthony will be held at noon on Saturday September 23rd, 2017, at Farley Funeral Home in Venice, FL.
