Obituary Michael Jon Nichols, 54, of Lexington, Kentucky, formerly of Scottsburg, IN, and husband of Terri Adkins Nichols, died Sunday, April 17, 2011 at the UK Markey Cancer Center. He was born December 30, 1956 in Salem, Indiana, the son of Orville and Betty Long Nichols. In addition to his wife and parents, Michael is survived by his daughter, Jamie (Mark) Nichols Potter, Northern, Kentucky; son, Corey Nichols, Lexington; and brother Steven Nichols, Lexington; nephews Drew Nichols, Craig Starr, Daniel Starr, Tyler White and Caleb White. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be at 3:30 pm, Saturday, April 23 at Tates Creek Presbyterian Church. A Gathering of Family and Friends will follow at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing from 5-8 pm.
