Richard Q. Tibig was born in Dagupan, Philippines on May 15, 1969, and passed away in Lynnwood, Washington on March 26, 2009. He was a caring son, fun-loving brother, and a dedicated father. Rich is survived by his son, Jerame; parents, Alfonso and Inocencia; siblings, Lilia, Chester, Jeanne, and Joseph. He is further survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends. We were all rich to have him a part of our lives and he will forever remain in our hearts. A private memorial service was held at the TahomaNationalCemetery. The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support.
