Frankfort, KY Robert Joseph Barley, 62, husband of Julianna (McKay) Barley, passed away on January 6, 2016 after a short illness. He was born November 12, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan. He was the son of the late James Eugene and Georgia Dean (Runyan) Barley. Joe was a senior area support manager, Engineer Maintenance for Sodexo, He was an avid classic car enthusiast and belonged to the Frankfort Mustangs Club. He served as a decorated Vietnam War Veteran in the 75th Army Ranger, 2nd 3rd Battalions. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Jedidiah (Amanda) and grandchildren; Hadley and Liam Barley of Georgetown, Kentucky and daughter, Lindsie (Christopher) and grandchildren; Lillian and Violet Pollard of Finneytown, Ohio; along with several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brothers; jimmy and Rick Barley of Kokomo, Indiana. Funeral Information He was with his family at his passing and no further funeral services or visitation will be held.
