Nancy Gayle VanKuren, 77, passed away suddenly in Port Charlotte, FL on December 25, 2012. She resided in North Port, FL and formerly of Hudson, FL for 13 years and Coopersburg, PA for 33 years. She was the daughter of Donald and Verna (Davis) Parmenter of Waverly, NY, Nancy was preceded in death by her grandson Joshua VanKuren. She was happily married to Carl VanKuren for 57 years and together they raised five children, David (Patte) of Coopersburg, PA, Kevin (Darrylynn) of Lutherville, MD, Mark (Angela) of Fleetwood, PA, Lisa (Timothy) Evers of Allentown, PA, & Cheryl (Jill) of Perry Hall, MD, and had eight grandchildren Jamie, Nicole, Jill, Nicholas, Kyle, Alicia, Devin, and Alexander whom she adored. She will be lovingly remembered for her witty catch phrases, zest for life, generosity, and most importantly, her love for her family. She will be deeply missed and is now our forever angel always watching over us. Farley Funeral Home, North Port Chapel will be taking care of the arrangements.
