Sharon Ann Hovik, age 65, of Woodway, was called home to be with Jesus on Saturday, January 27th at Swedish Hospital in Seattle. Born April 25, 1952 to Robert and Lorraine Westlake, she grew up and attended school in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert and Lorraine Westlake. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Scott Hovik, son Julian Hovik (Victoria Maas, Fiancée), sisters Susan Smith Lundberg (Jon) and Sandra Porter (Mark), brother Robert Westlake (Rachel) and many loving nieces and nephews. Sharon loved to be the party planner and gift giver. She especially loved the Christmas season and was absolutely delighted to have a white Christmas this year. She proclaimed it a Christmas miracle! Her example of love, kindness, wisdom, hospitality, friendliness and devotion will live on in our hearts and memories always. Celebration of life will be held at Purdy and Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Rd. Lynnwood, WA 98036, Thursday February 1st at 11:00am, in the chapel.
