Felecia Kay Smith was born on May 16, 1971. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Francis Smith. She was a baptized Jehovah’s Witness. She works at the Masterson Station Academy Daycare and Kroger in Lexington, KY. She is survived by two sisters, Andrea Willhite, Lexington, KY and Martha Rothwell, Richmond, KY. She is preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hughes and her brother, Sam Harris. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, May 12, 2023 at Clark Legacy Center – Brannon Crossing with visitation from 9:00am until time of service.
