Jacqueline Elizabeth O’Neill-Perez, age 38, of Sarasota, formerly of Miami, passed away on October 14th with her loving family by her side. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Perez, a daughter, Jennifer Romero; parents, Carmen and Louis and a brother, Louis O’Neill. A memorial service will be held on October 16, 2009 at 1:00PM at Farley Funeral Home in Venice. Burial to follow at Venice Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or TideWell Hospice & Palliative Care. Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.
