Petra Algarin, age 82, of Venice, FL, died on May 12, 2009. She was born in Junco, Puerto Rico on May 28, 1926, and moved to Venice in 2004 from Howell, NJ. She worked for Lambert Products in New York City for 41 years before retiring in 1986. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Venice.
Surviving family members include her son Silverio Algarin of Venice; daughter Yvonne Feria of Princeton, NJ; 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
