Jean Isabel Boecker, age 82, of Venice, Florida, passed away on May 8, 2009. She was born on January 14, 1927 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dr .Bernhard (Bernie) Boecker of Venice; a daughter, Christiane Kalthoff of Germany and a brother, Alan Gardiner of Ontario, Canada. A prayer service will be held at 4:00PM on Monday, May 11, 2009 at Farley Funeral Home in Venice. Burial will be held at a later date in Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada.
