Survivors include two daughters: Valerie and husband Jim Ilardo of Venice, FL and Renee Berthold of Jupiter, FL; four grandchildren: James Ilardo of Jacksonville, FL, Stephen Ilardo of Sanford, FL, Allison Berthold of Jupiter, FL and Ashley Berthold of Jupiter, FL; four great grandchildren: Cody and Austin Ilardo and Camille and Diane Romano; one brother, Matthew Chciuk of New Jersey. She also leaves son-in-law, Thomas Berthold of Jupiter, FL.
