George - Saraba

George Saraba passed away in Sacramento California on June 8, 2026 due to an illness. He was born in Trebinje, former Yugoslavia on September 16, 1939 to Ljubicia Mićanović (Saraba) and Spaso Saraba. George was married in November 1967 to Patricia Terzich Saraba (deceased)in Sacramento, California.George was a skilled handyman and diesel mechanic. He is survived by late aunt and uncle Mare and Nikola Saraba, his sister Ange Prcović, sister Radojka Spajic (deceased) Cedo Saraba (deceased), Lazar Saraba (deceased), Mitar Saraba (deceased) and by his three children. Maryanne Saraba, Sam Saraba, John Saraba, wife Suzie Saraba and granddaughters Madison Saraba and Sophia Saraba. George was a member of the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Jackson, California.Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation  July 7th 5Pm to 7 PM at Daneri Motuary.   A funeral service will be held at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Jackson California on July 8th at 10 am.
