Carol was the beloved daughter of Frank Lowe Sr. and Elizabeth Lowe. She was preceded in death by her brothers Tom Lowe, Michael Joseph Lowe, and George Joseph Lowe.

She is survived by her children, Shannel Morales, Tavares Morales, and C'La Morales; her grandchildren, Ce'Ahna, Sa'SheAhna, Frankie, Romero, Ahlonna, and ArriAhna; her brother, Frank Edward Lowe; her nieces and nephews, Michele, Michael, Justin Lowe, Chris Lowe, Tanya Lowe, and Joseph Lowe; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

She was also survived by her dog, Opie, who held a cherished place in her heart.

Carol deeply loved her family and friends, and treasured time spent visiting and staying connected. Known for her sharp wit, honesty, and unmistakable sense of humor, Carol had a personality that could never be forgotten. She spoke her mind freely and without apology—an authenticity that endeared her to so many.

She was someone whose love was deeply felt and whose opinion truly mattered. Carol's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her, carried forward through her family, her laughter, and her unwavering spirit.
