Paul Leo Brouillet

Paul Leo Brouillet was born on Oct. 15, 1946 in Montreal, Quebec. He was the son of Edna and Paul John Brouillet. In 1953 the family moved to Los Angeles.

Paul grew up in the San Fernando Valley. After attending college, he was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1969. He had fond memories of being stationed in Italy. He was honorably discharged in 1971 and relocated to Seattle to resume his career in the commercial printing industry. He retired in 2011.

Paul met his soulmate, Ellen, in 1982 and married in 1983. They lived in Bothell until 1999, then moved to beautiful Gig Harbor. Upon retirement, Paul & Ellen enjoyed traveling. Among his favorite places were the pacific coast, the San Juan Islands and British Columbia.

In his free time, Paul was an avid weather and pop music history enthusiast. He also cherished his two cats, Smokey & Mitzi. They will miss his assistance at feeding time. He took pride in his home and made it a sanctuary to live in.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents as well as his stepson, Stephen Kuno. He is survived by his loving wife Ellen of 43 years, stepdaughter, Angie Kuno of Austin, TX, brother Gary (Terri) Brouillet of Vancouver, WA, nephew Stephen (Kim) Brouillet of Vancouver, WA, Niece Lauren (Michael) Tabeek of Las Vegas, NV and their families.
