Milka Novakovich

Milka Novakovich of North Port, FL, formerly of Norton Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026.

Milka was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many.

She was born in Plavo, Serbia on April 15, 1938, to Jovan and Stana Bursac.

She was married to her loving husband Jovan for 62 years. Milka is survived by her brothers Mico, Vaso, Pero and sister Manda. Children Ned Novakovich and Susan (Jovo) Radinovic.

Grandchildren Dan, Nina, Nikola and Dan along with extended relatives. She is preceded in death by her mother Stana, father Jovan, and her brothers Nikola, Marko and Vojan.

She will be greatly missed by many friends, relatives in the U.S, Canada and Serbia, and all who knew her.

Burial to Follow at Indian Springs Cemetery in Punta Gorda, FL at 2:00 pm.
