Anne V Miller

Anne Virginia Miller (84) passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 29, 2025 in the loving care of her husband after 62 wonderful years of marriage.

Anne was born to Sheldon and Rosemary (Leszczynski) McGraw in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated with a degree in Education from Mercy College of Detroit where she met and married her best friend, Paul Miller, and moved to Columbus, Ohio. After earning her MA in Education and Psychology at Ohio State, she began her career teaching in public schools and then, after a short time in marketing, she established and managed child care centers for the YMCA. They retired to Venice, Florida in 2002 where she volunteered at many nonprofit organizations, and enjoyed playing golf and traveling with her husband and friends.

Anne was a devoted wife, loyal friend, energetic volunteer, and a very special mother and grandmother to three children and five grandsons. Her journey on this earth was marked by love, service, devotion to her family, and unwavering faith in God. Her family, friends, and the many others whose lives she touched will miss her dearly. We ask that you remember her for the way she lived, a kind, considerate, loving person.

Anne's family wishes to express unending gratitude to her loving caregivers and Tidewell hospice for their care in her final months.

Memorial services will be held on Nov. 14, 2025 at Lady of Lourdes church at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Tidewell foundation in Anne’s name.
