Arpad Pinter, 82, of Port Charlotte passed peacefully at the Port Charlotte Hospice House on October 27, 2013. Arpad was born November 18, 1930 in Slovakia to Emilia and Lasidslaw Pinter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria and brother-in-law, Zoltan Barto. Survivors include his sister-in-law, Eva Barto; niece, Agnes (Louis) Levstik; Godson, Steven Levstik, all of Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada and dear friend, Elizabeth Czabajszki of Port Charlotte, FL.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at San Pedro Catholic Church in North Port followed by entombment in Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Homes, North Port Chapel is handling arrangements.
