BillieJoann “Billie” Tibbs Johnston Haag, age 36, of North Port, Florida, passed away on April 1, 2014. She was born on August 31, 1977 in Sarasota. BillieJoann is survived by her husband, Reggie Haag; daughters, Scarlett Johnston Emilie Haag, Cheyenne Haag; her brother, Donnie Tibbs; her father, Bill Tibbs and her mother, Judy Johnston. A Celebration of Life is planned for 5:00PM on Monday April 14, 2014 at the Center of Hope Church 1216 E. Venice Ave., Venice Fl 34285. Friends and family are welcome.
