Cecile Marguerite Goudreau

Cecile M. Goudreau, age 79, of North Port, FL passed away on November 5, 2017. She was born in Manchester, NH on September 14, 1938 to Edward and Louise Montplasir, and came to North Port from Salem, NH in 2001. Cecile was an RN for over 40 years in the neo-natal unit at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA before retiring. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family. Surviving family members include her sons Robert of Shapleigh, ME, John of Reseda, CA, Thomas of Bradenton, FL and Charles of Atkinson, NH; brothers Paul and Peter Montplasir; sister Suzanne St. Onge and 7 grandchildren Cecile was preceded in death by her husband, Robert. Visitation will be at Farley Funeral Home, North Port, on Saturday, November 11th from 9:15 - 10:15 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at San Pedro Catholic Church at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Venice Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations should be to any Children's Hospital.
