Charles Timothy Mcconaghy

  Charles Timothy Mcconaghy of Venice, Florida  passed away on April 3, 2026. He was born in Philadelphia,  PA and moved to Florida from New Jersey after retiring in 2001.  Tim worked for the Department of the Navy as a Structual Engineer for 35 years. After retiring from the Department of the Navy, he worked as a Structural Engineer for Weiler Engineering in Punta Gorda.

  Tim is survived by his loving wife, Judith of Venice, daughter Kelly Mcconaghy of Jacksonville, Florida, and son Charles Mcconaghy of Bakersfield, CA. He also leaves behind 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 21st at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes located 1301 Center Road in Venice, Florida. Visiting hours will be held immediately following at Farley Funeral home located at 264 S. Nokomis Avenue in Venice,  Florida
