Cheryl Jean Bennett Sullivan, surrounded by loving family, passed away in her home on December 31, 2017, after a courageous fight with pancreatic cancer. A resident of North Port, Florida, for the past decade, she was 69 years old.
Born in Danbury, CT the daughter of George and Delores Bennett, Cheryl a longtime resident of Danbury and Trumbull, Connecticut. While raising two daughters and balancing corporate roles, Cheryl launched a meeting planning service for corporate clients, Group Meetings Incorporated, and once Vice President for Georgia-Pacific of Atlanta.

An event planner at heart, Cheryl was always prepared for guests and lively times. She epitomized positivity and possessed an infectious smile.
