Christopher D. Palffy

Christopher D. Palffy, II, of Venice, FL, formerly of Walden, NY, died Wednesday, June 5, 2013, in Florida. Christopher was born March 11, 1986 in Newburgh, NY to Christopher and Maureen A. Wilson Palffy. A member of Boy Scout Troop 31 in Walden, he was a graduate of Most Precious Blood and J.S. Burke HS. Christopher graduated Lincoln Technical Institute in NJ and became a certified Mechanic. He was presently employed as a certified technician for Gettel Hyundai in Venice. Chris was very proud of his Irish heritage. Chris enjoyed his Harley, boxing, martial arts, basketball, video games, writing lyrics, making music, camping with his family, and going to the beach with his friends. Survivors include his Father, Christopher D Palffy of Venice, FL; Mother, Maureen A Wilson Palffy of Walden, NY; Brothers, Stephen and Thomas of Walden, NY; Grandfather, Herbert Wilson of Venice Fl; Uncles, Patrick, Joseph, Kevin & Stephen Wilson, & Eugene Palffy; Aunts, Angela Galick, & Nina & Maria Wilson; Cousins, Jeff & Jack Wilson, Eugene, Kevin, Jason & Amy Palffy. He is also survived by many friends and loved ones in the Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton Florida areas.
