Christopher Bernard Smith, 34, of Aliquippa, PA died Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at his residence.
Born August 10, 1981 in McKees Rocks, PA, he was the son of Bernard P. and Jamal (Melki) Smith of Nokomis, FL.
He is survived by his son, Christopher B. Smith Jr. of Aliquippa; Christopher's loving mother, Tanya Conrad; and a sister, Tina M. (Dylan) Noyes of Nokomis.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 10:00 am in Epiphany Cathedral in Venice, FL. Arrangements were handled by Gabauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc. www.gabauerfuneralhome.com and Farley Funeral Home & Crematory Service Information
