Daniel John Curtis

Daniel J. Curtis, 64, a resident of the Venice area for 43 years and a U.S. Army veteran, died Thursday, September 19, 2013 at his home. He is survived by June Curtis, his wife of 45 years, son Dan Curtis, a U.S. Navy veteran, daughter Corey Harper and her husband Scott, and grandsons Marine LCPL Jacob Harper, 19, Airman Dan Curtis, 18, Ethan Harper, 18, Freshman at SCF, Ryan Curtis, 16, Junior at Venice High School, and Zachary Curtis, 13, 8th Grade student at Laurel-Nokomis School.
