She is survived by her husband, Mark Vocelka of North Port; her parents, Fred & Erma Prill of North Port; her sister, Kara (Prill) (Joe) Gaffino of Aurora, Illinois; Her step-sons, Kyle Vocelka of Venice and Lucas Vocelka of Kansas City, Missouri and two nieces, Lauren & Mollie Gaffino of Aurora, Illinois. She was preceded in death by maternal & paternal grandparents; uncle, Michael Prill; a cousin, Craig Prill; aunt, Patsy Gehrke and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Deanne was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at the age of two. She never let it stop her from doing anything in life. And she never complained about her condition. She and her husband realized their dream of working together in full time ministry as they’re both employed by New Hope Community Church in North Port. On September 11, 2011 they launched the east campus of New Hope Community Church meeting at Imagine Elementary School, 1000 Innovation Avenue in North Port. Deanne was instrumental in organizing many of New Hope’s outreach events and will be missed by all! Her infectious smile and quick wit drew people to her immediately. The celebration and memorial service of Deanne’s life will take place at New Hope Community Church (Main Campus) 5600 S. Biscayne Drive, on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 6:30PM.
