Edward T. Boyer

Edward T. Boyer, 87, of North Port, FL, formerly of Londonderry, NH, died on April 7, 2016. Edward owned and operated a barbershop in Nashua, NH. He was a member of the Board of Barbering Cosmetology and Esthetics, was a member and volunteer at the American Legion and Cultural Center in Port Charlotte, and at Presbyterian Home. He was also a life member of DAV and AmVets. Edward was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Port Charlotte, FL. Survivors include his wife, Theresa J. ""Terry"" Boyer of North Port, FL; son Edward W. Boyer of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter Laurie Crowell of North Port, FL; sisters Sally (Richard) Prince of Sebastian, FL and Arlene McElveen of Hudson, NH; grandchildren Jennifer Boyer, Joshua Crowell, Garret Crowell, and Kathryn Crowell; great granddaughters Olivia Vincent and Claire Tranor; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11th from 10AM-12Noon at Farley Funeral Home North Port Chapel. Burial will follow at 1:30PM at Sarasota National Cemetery.
