Florence Lysack

Florence M. Lysak, 89, of Clinton, Iowa, formerly of North Port, passed away, Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Eagle Point Nursing Home, Clinton. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 22nd from 4-6 pm with a Panachyda service at 6 PM at Farley Funeral Home, North Port Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Ukrainian Church in North Port on Wednesday, September 23rd at 10:30 AM with entombment to follow at Venice Memorial Gardens. Florence Mae Hubbard was born on August 16, 1926 in Foxboro, Massachusetts, the daughter of James and Mary (Cabral) Hubbard. She was married to Mychajlo Lysak who preceded her in death in 2002. She is survived by her sister, Virginia (Ronald) Halsted of Clinton.
