Jerry, 79 of North Port, FL former resident of Waterbury, CT peacefully passed surrounded by loved ones. He was a man filled with passion for antique cars, and loved nothing more than watching his grandchildren grow up. His goal was to make everyone he loved laugh. He was survived by his wife, Barbara E. Gleason, children, grandchildren and family. In lieu of flowers we are accepting donations to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, Office for Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Florida 33607 or to Tidewell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34238. Farley Funeral Home in North Port, Florida is handling the arrangements.
