Harold T. "Ted" Stiver

Harold T. Stiver “Ted” , 77, of Venice passed away March 3, 2014. Ted was born August 21, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio to Helen (Butkus) and William Harold Stiver. He loved golf and fishing, and retired from General Motors and worked as a bridge tender at the Albee Farm Road Bridge. He served as an Usher at Lift Church of Venice, Florida for many years. He was preceded in death by parents, William and Harold Stiver; brother William C. Stiver and son, Harold T. Stiver Jr. Survivors include his wife, Betty Jean Stiver; grandchildren: Brian Stiver and Phillip Stiver; sister, Jean White. Visitation will be from 12-1 PM with a Funeral Service at 1 PM at The Lift Church, Venice, Fl.
