James Cronshaw

James Cronshaw, age 88, of Venice, Florida, formerly of Newfane, New York, passed away on September 15, 2013. He was born on September 8, 1925 in Accrington, England. Jim went into an apprenticeship at the age of 14 and retired from Harrison Radiator Division, GMC in 1982 as a skilled tinsmith. He enjoyed fishing, camping, wrought iron work and loved to travel the world with his late wife, Betty, who passed away in 1994. He is survived by his two children, Desne Wills of Venice, Lance Cronshaw of Newfane, New York; five grandchildren, four great- grandchildren and dear friend, Dorothy Hass. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Adrienne Finley. There are no services planned at this time. Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida is handling the arrangements.
