Miriam C. Phillips

Mim was a Red Cross staff member at Halloran General Hospital in Staten Island, NY during WWII. She was a member of the Lemon Bay Women’s Club for over 30 years and was an Elks DOES member. She was preceded in death by her son, Russell M. Phillips and her husband, Harrison “Phil” Phillips. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Phillips, of Englewood.
