Paul Richard Shuster

Paul Richard Shuster passed away at home after a long illness on Saturday June 22nd, 2013. He is survived by his wife Rosemary and his three children Paul, Penney and Jeffrey. Mr. Shuster is also survived by seven siblings: Mrs. Winifred Alexander, Mrs. Arlene Traynor, Mrs. Caroline Cherry, Mr. Henry Shuster, Ms. Joan Shuster, Mr. Charles Shuster and Mrs. Frances Butler. His funeral mass was held at 10 a.m. on July 2nd at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice, FL. A burial at Venice Memorial Gardens followed. Paul Shuster was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Shuster was a police officer at the Rahway Police Department in Rahway, NJ. After 27 years with the department, Captain Shuster retired in 1991. He lived in Englewood, FL for the past twenty years.
