Devoted, loving, supportive husband — with an outstanding sense of humor and strong family ties — and friend to all, Richard Francis Hingsbergen, passed suddenly on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. From Hamilton, Ohio, Richard was born on March 14, 1947 to Francis Anthony Hingsbergen and Lillian Marie Allega.
