Rita Jane Hopkins, 91, of Venice, FL since 1979 died August 11, 2012. Rita Jane was a member of Professional Secretaries in Cincinnati, OH and Sarasota, FL, VFW Auxiliary #10178 of Englewood, FL and Venice Hospital Auxiliary for 10 years. She was preceded in death by her two sisters and one brother. Survivors include her beloved husband of 71 years, George C. Hopkins; sons, Greg A. Hopkins of Fairfield, OH six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
