Robert George "Woody" Lynch

Robert George ""Woody"" Lynch, age 83, of Venice, Florida and former resident of Export, PA, passed away on February 6, 2014. He was born on August 9, 1930 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of the Westinghouse Tool & Die Apprenticeship School. He retired as a Facility Coordinator after 43 years of service in 1993. Robert was also a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeanine (Patton) Lynch; a son, Eric and his wife, Rebecca Dickson Lynch and their two children, Briana Marie Lynch and Ryan Eric Lynch of Voorhees, NJ; a daughter, Susan Marie Lynch of Cambridge, MA and a sister, Mrs. Norma Jean Kauffman of Greensburg, PA. He also leaves behind eight nieces and nephews and their children. A visitation will be held at Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida on Monday, February 10, 2014 from 11:30AM-12:30PM with the funeral to immediately follow. Flowers will be accepted but if you wish to make a donation in memory of Woody please send to a charity of your choice.
