Ronald Swails

Ronald Swails, 71 went home to be with his Lord and Savior after a period of declining health on Monday, May 28, 2012. He was born in Coffee County, Georgia on May 10, 1941 to the late Thomas and Mary Alice Swails. He resided in Greensboro, NC where he worked for Dairymen Inc. until 1986, then became co-owner for Hi- Tech Dairy. He retired in 2004 with Piedmont Dairy Farm Equipment and resided to Venice, Florida. Those left to cherish his memory include the love of his life, Mary Ellen, whom he married on September 17, 1961, daughter, Lorie Swails of Winston Salem, NC and her daughters Natalie and Emilee. His son, Michael Swails, his wife Barbara of Asheboro, NC and their children, Matthew, Katie and Mark. He will be missed by his devoted dogs Anna and Bodie. Ronald enjoyed classic cars, fishing and bicycling. We will celebrate his life on Friday, June 1 at 10:30 am. At First Christian Church of Venice Florida. A memorial service will be held at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Greensboro, NC at a later date.
