Scott Alan Simmons, age 59, of Venice, Florida went to be with his Lord, surrounded by family and friends on Friday, March 9, 2018. Scott was co-owner of Trees, Pots and Plants in Venice, Florida. Scott was married to Veronica (Carrillo) Simmons, with sons Mitchell and Edgar (Ivan). Daughter Chelsea. Proceeded in death by his mother Nancy, his sister Shelly, his grandparents, aunts, uncles and many cousins. Also survived by father Steve Simmons and a brother Steve Simmons III. Services will be held at Epiphany Catholic Church, Friday March 16, 2018 at 10:00 am. Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.
