Terry Tritschler

Terry Tritschler, age 65, of Venice, FL died on January 26, 2012. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 8, 1946 and moved from there to Florida in 1974. He served in the Navy as a Black Beret during the Vietnam War. Coach Terry was a positive influence on many of children’s lives as he served as a volunteer coach in the Venice Little League system for over 30 years. Coach Terry was recognized several years ago for his achievements by being inducted into the Venice Sports Hall of Fame. He worked as a letter carrier for the Post Office in Venice until his retirement in 2003. Surviving family members include his wife, Paula of Venice; son Brian and wife Lindy of North Port; daughters Gina Tritschler and Maria Treat, both of Venice; grandchildren Brian, Brandon and Elizabeth; twin brother Robert, Jr. and sister Sherry.
