Thomas Kolbasuk

Thomas Kolbasuk, age 81, of Nokomis, FL, died on December 8, 2011. He was born on October 6, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois. Thomas served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a former police officer in the Chicago area. He was a ;member of the American Legion, the Independent order of Foresters, and F & AM Lodge Evergreen Park Lodge #1171. Surviving family members include his daughters, Joy Nault and Terry Syperek; sister Olga (Robert) Chesny; cherished grandson Thomas Syperek; and aunt, and many nieces and nephews. A private family service was held at Sarasota National Cemetery.
