Valerie C. Hale

Valerie C. Hale, age 56, of Venice, FL, died on July 1, 2016. She was born in Wichita Falls, TX on September 1, 1959. Valerie was a book keeper for Sonitrol of Dallas and also worked as an actress. She appeared in several movies including ""Problem Child, ""Born on the Fourth of July"", and ""Killing in a Small Town"". Valerie was also an avid Texas Rangers baseball fan. Surviving family members include her mother, Maudie Estelle Cronk of Venice; father MSgt Valdemar Garcia, USAF, Ret. of Schertz, TX; son Lance Welch of North Port; daughter Brittany Leann Welch of Dallas, TX; and step brother David Cronk of Plano, TX. A memorial service will be held at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, on Saturday, July 9th at 1 PM. Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Valerie's name.
