Wolf Eckehard Friese

Wolf Eckehard Friese, age 76, of Venice, passed away on August 2, 2018. He was born in Berlin, Germany on August 15, 1941 to Gunter and Ilse Friese. He emigrated to the US in 1961, then moved to Florida after serving in the US Army. Before moving to Venice, he lived in Fort Lauderdale where he owned Wolf's Machining, Inc. Wolf was a member of the American Legion, the VFW, and the DAV. Surviving family members include his wife, Sandra, of Venice; daughter Staci Williams (Douglas) of Clearwater, FL; and granddaughter Paige Williams. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Inge Geiger. A graveside service will be held at Venice Memorial Gardens on Monday, August 6th , at 11 AM.
