Susan “Suzy” Lynn (Grant) Horwitz, age 72, of Temple Terrace, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 20, 2025. She was born on June 5, 1953, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of Irwin Joseph and Florence Laura (Rubin) Grant.

On November 21, 1982, Suzy married the love of her life, David Lee Horwitz, who survives her. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished family moments.

In addition to her husband, David, Suzy is survived by their son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Danielle Grant Horwitz, and her beloved grandson, Julian Horwitz. She is also survived by her siblings, Shelley Grant Finkelstein and Lloyd Grant, as well as her niece, Jennifer (David) Silk, and nephew, Benjamin Finkelstein and great-niece, Samantha Silk.

Per Suzy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in Susan's name.
