Sherri Mae Walker

May 1, 1963 — Jun 10, 2026

It is with heavy hearts, we remember Sherri Mae Walker, who passed away on June 10, 2026.

Born on May 1, 1963, in Seattle, WA. to James Robert Walker and Dorothy Mae Masser. She grew up in Washington and attended from Ingraham High School. Throughout her life, Sherri was known for her caring and giving nature, her fun-loving spirit, and her unwavering dedication to her family and friends.

Sherri worked as a florist, where she shared her creativity and passion for beautiful floral arrangements with others. She also devoted many years to being a homemaker and caregiver, always placing the needs of her loved ones before her own

Sherri was first married to Brad Kilbourne in Tonasket, Washington. Following their divorce, she married Fred Mannthey in Clackamas, Oregon, and later divorced. While her life took many turns, her greatest joy remained her family.

A devoted fan of the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners, Sherri rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on her favorite teams. She found happiness in creating floral arrangements, traveling, camping, spending time at the beach, boating, and exploring the beauty of the San Juan Islands. Above all, she treasured the time she spent with her children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family.

She was a devoted member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and was actively involved with the Portland Swap Meet Committee, the Rose City Model T Club, and the Rose City Thunderbirds. Through these organizations, she formed many lasting friendships and shared her love of community, automobiles, and service.

Sherri is survived by her father Jim Walker of Paso, WA., sister Shelly Padilla of Yelm, WA., brother Michael Walker of Yelm, WA., daughter Jamie Mae Gibson of Boise, ID., son Jeremy Alan Mannthey of Florence, AZ., and her six grandchildren Ryan Gibson, Christopher Gibson, Casey Gibson, Xander Mannthey, Katie Mannthey and Vada Mannthey. She is preceded by her mother Dorothy Mae Masser.

Sherri will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Her warmth, laughter, compassion, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
