In Loving Memory of Emmanuel "Manny" Lewis Webster March 2, 1984 – June 9, 2026

 "Emmanuel — God is with us." 

Emmanuel Lewis Webster, lovingly known to family and friends as Manny, and to many through his music as "Muldoon Manny," was born on March 2, 1984, in Fort Ord, California, to Rose Marie Byes and Henry Lewis Webster. From the very beginning, Emmanuel brought kindness, laughter, and an unmistakable light into the lives of everyone around him.

 To know Emmanuel was to know his infectious smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for family and friends. He was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandson, cousin, nephew, and loyal friend whose presence made people feel seen, valued, and deeply loved. Those who knew him best remember him as compassionate, sensitive, protective, and generous with his heart. 

Emmanuel's greatest source of pride was his family. He was the beloved husband of Erika and the devoted father of six children, whom he loved beyond measure. He embraced fatherhood with tenderness, joy, and unwavering devotion. As Toni Morrison once asked, "When a child walks into the room, does your face light up?" Emmanuel's always did. His children were his greatest joy, and he cherished every opportunity to encourage them, laugh with them, and create lasting memories together.

 Emmanuel built a respected career as a tower technician, a profession that demanded courage, precision, and commitment. He approached his work with the same quiet determination, integrity, and dependability that defined every aspect of his life.

 When he wasn't working or spending time with his family, Emmanuel could almost always be found enjoying "the game." An avid gamer since childhood, he had a lifelong love for the Madden NFL series. Whether competing online with friends, challenging his cousin Marques, or building his dream team, gaming was more than a pastime it was a way to connect with the people he loved, unwind, and create countless moments of laughter and camaraderie. 

Music was another of Emmanuel's greatest passions. Performing as "Muldoon Manny," he poured his heart and soul into every lyric, proudly representing his hometown of Anchorage, Alaska—the place he always called home. His music reflected his life, his experiences, and his deep love for hip-hop. Through his artistry, he inspired others, forged lasting friendships, and left a legacy that will continue to resonate for years to come.

 Though his time with us was far too short, Emmanuel's legacy is one of love, loyalty, and generosity. A shining example of these qualities was the deep and abiding relationship he shared with his "Pops," Horace Byes Jr., who lovingly raised him from adolescence into adulthood. Together, they forged an unbreakable father-son bond rooted in mutual love, respect, and unwavering devotion—a bond that endured until Horace joined the ancestors in 2023. Though they are now reunited in eternity, the example of their love continues to inspire all who knew them.

 Emmanuel leaves behind a family who loved him deeply and will forever cherish his memory: his beloved wife, Erika; his six treasured children, Wynter, Aaliyah, Jordynn, Bostin, Abel, and Rocket; his mother, Rose Marie Byes; his sisters, Timea M. Webster and JaLesa M. Byes; his mother-in-love, Cindy Prater; his brothers-in-love, Eric Suggs Jr. and Frederick Stanberry; his grandmother, Merlene Hughes; his aunts and uncles; countless cousins; his extended family; numerous friends; and all whose lives were touched by his kindness, laughter, music, and unwavering love. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Edridge Beverly; his grandparents through marriage, Horace Byes Sr. and Yvette Byes; and Bertilla Evans.

 Emmanuel will be profoundly missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of all who were blessed to know and love him.
