George Rafael Estevez

George Rafael Estevez, aged 61, passed away peacefully at his home in Bradenton, Florida, on August 18, 2026. He was born in the Dominican Republic on November 19, 1964, and completed his high school education in Santo Domingo. At the age of 20, he settled in New York, where he raised his family. He spent the majority of his career working as a bus driver. Outside of work, he greatly enjoyed music, the beach, and—above all—spending time with his family. He was best known for his kindness, his joyful spirit, and his friendliness toward everyone.

He is survived by his children, Allen, Georgino, and Ashley; his grandchildren, Maddux and Nova; his father, Manuel Estevez; and his siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 21, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, located at 720 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205.
