In Loving Memory of Beatrice Frances Agraan
Beatrice Frances Agraan, age 86, passed away peacefully on 07/25/26 in Stockton, Ca, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on 08/04/1939 in Yuma, Az to Ralph and Bonifacia Ruiz.
Beatrice dedicated 26 years of Public Service to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Department, where she was well respected and took great pride in the work she did.
Outside of her career, she found joy in spending time with her sisters, especially during their trips to the casino, where laughter and cherished memories were always plentiful. More than anything, she treasured her family. Her two daughters were the light of her life and her greatest accomplishment. She was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother who loved each of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren unconditionally. She also shared a special bond with her beloved cat nephew, Martin, who held a treasured place in her heart and lap.
Beatrice will be remembered for her strength, unwavering love for her family, generous spirit, and the joy she brought to everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and the countless lives she touched.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Josette Rangel and Bonnie Marie Perez (Paul); her grandchildren, Aundrea Caroro (Lloyd), Alyssa Carson (Jamey), Alexandria Perez, Garrett Rangel, Sophie Rangel, and Ayden Perez; her great-grandchildren, Audrielle, Aiylena, Abel, Annaise, and Acari; her sisters and brother, Mary Helen Bustos, Robert Ruiz, Laura Ruiz; her cat nephew, Martin; and many other cherished family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents Ralph and Bonifacia (Bonnie) Ruiz, brother Charlie, sister Amelia, and nephew Tim.
A viewing will be held on 07/31/26 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Healey Mortuary. Mass services will take place on 07/31/26 at 01:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and share memories as they honor and celebrate her remarkable life.
