Kaleah Joanna Johnson

Oct 16, 2009 — Sep 12, 2026

On September 12, 2026, heaven gained an angel whose light had already touched every life she encountered here on earth. Kaleah "Bia" Joanna Johnson left this world far too soon, but the joy, laughter, and love she poured into her sixteen years will echo through her family and community for a lifetime to come.

Bia was born in Macon, Georgia on October 16, 2009, to Shanna Felton and Ralphiel Glover, and from her earliest days she carried a spark that was impossible to miss. She was a current student at Northside High School, where she proudly wore the title of Junior ROTC Cadet and never missed a chance to cheer on Northside football from the stands. School pride ran deep in her, and she embraced it fully by showing up, showing out, and showing love for the place and the people that shaped her teenage years.

Anyone who knew Bia knew she was a certified busy body, always on the move and always up for whatever adventure the day held. She loved nothing more than being surrounded by the people she cared about whether that meant piling into a car for a spontaneous outing, showing up to support a friend, or simply being wherever the laughter was loudest. Fittingly, she was also famous for being perpetually broke, money never seemed to stay in her pocket for long, but her family and friends wouldn't have had it any other way, because being around Bia was worth more than anything money could buy.

There was something old soul about Bia, a wisdom and warmth that seemed far beyond her years. She lived life fully and joyfully, and she made it her mission to help others, to lift them up, and to leave them smiling or doubled over in laughter. Her humor was one of her greatest gifts, and she used it often — most memorably on Saturdays, when she would throw her hands up and holler "Roll Tide!" at the top of her lungs, despite not being an Alabama fan in the slightest. It was pure mischief on her part, a well-aimed jab at her Bulldog-loving family meant only to stir the pot and watch the reaction unfold. It worked every single time, and it became one of the many small, beloved quirks that made her so unforgettable.

At the center of Bia's life was her unwavering faith. She was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and held a deep, personal relationship with Him as her Lord and Savior. That faith shaped who she was and how she loved, and it is in that same faith that her family now finds their comfort, holding tightly to the assurance that Bia is resting safely in the arms of Jesus and experiencing a joy more complete and more lasting than anything this world could offer.

There waiting for Kaleah at the gates of heaven was her loving brother, Isaiah Johnson; grandparents, Chaspert Felton, Joanna Felton, and Douglas Almond.

Bia is survived by her parents, Shanna Felton and Ralphiel Glover (Kewanna); grandparents, Vondell Almond, Wanda Owens; siblings, Vonetta (Martin) Gonzalez, Keanna Johnson, Vykarym (Marquis) Lawson, Vannzavyare “Bae Bae” Glover, Jakobi Johnson (Kadence), Tywun Taylor, Rowan “Ro Ro” Glover; Aunt, Breanna Felton; her ride or die cousin, Kingston; nephews, Jaxson Styck, Kaiser Johnson, Kaiden Barnes; godmother, Cal Jones; godfather, Anthony Wynn; soul sister, Takayla Seabrooks along with a host of family and community of friends, teachers, and Northside classmates who were forever changed by her presence and who will carry her spirit with them in everything they do.

The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Prior to the visitation, a balloon release will be held at 5:30 PM, also at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, for those who wish to celebrate Bia's life in that special way. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, 1135 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093. Immediately following the service, Bia will be laid to rest at Parkway Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made in Bia's memory to the Northside High School Booster Club and/or the Northside High School Junior ROTC Program, two organizations that meant so much to her.

The family also kindly asks that those attending the visitation and funeral wear pink or Northside High School gear, in a fitting tribute to the school spirit and personal joy Bia carried so proudly.

Though her time with us was brief, Bia's impact was anything but small. She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and light. A reminder to everyone who knew her to live boldly, love deeply, and never miss a chance to make someone smile.
