Robert Benny Bryson

~In Loving Memory of Mr. Robert Bryson~

Mr. Robert Bryson, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, was born on March 11, 1940, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Hal and Sadie Bryson. Robert transitioned to be with the Lord on September 13, 2026.

He was a proud graduate of Tucker High School, Class of 1957. Following high school, he served in the United States Army Reserves from 1960 to 1970. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in caring for his family and being there for those he loved.

In 1962, he married Sandra Hunter, and together they built a loving family. He was blessed with three children, Russ Bryson, Dale Bryson, and Nicole Kast. His greatest joy came through his grandchildren, Tambrey (Mark) King and Branden Kast, and his great-grandchildren, Andrew and Nolan King, and Jayci Kast.

Family was at the center of his life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who absolutely adored his grandchildren and took great pride in watching his family grow. He also held a special place in his heart for his extended family and relatives, including Buster and Angie Kast, and other beloved family members.

He was a member of Peachtree Baptist Church in Byron, Georgia. His faith and commitment to his church family were an important part of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hal and Sadie Bryson; his sister, Ann Goza; and his son, Russ Bryson.

He leaves to cherish his memory of his loving family, including his children, his brother; Jimmy (Abi) Bryson of Hoschton, Georgia, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, church family, and many friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.

His legacy of love, faith, family, and devotion will continue to live on through the generations he leaves behind.

May he rest peacefully, knowing that he was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Pastor Micah Carr will be officiating the Graveside Memorial Service that will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Magnolia Park Cemetery located on 205 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Mr. Bryson’s memory to Peachtree Baptist Church in Byron, Georgia.
