Terell Javon Rolle, 43, a beloved husband, father, stepfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on September 12, 2026.

Terell was born on November 16, 1982, in Nassau, Bahamas, to the late Pearl Rolle and Gabriel Rolle. His mother, Pearl, was from Jamaica, and his father, Gabriel, was from the Bahamas, giving Terell roots in both cultures that were a part of his family’s story. The youngest of five siblings, Terell was the baby of the family. He spent most of his life in Broward County, South Florida, before permanently relocating to Middle Georgia in 2019, where he and his family made their home.

Terell was a family-oriented man with a generous heart. He was the kind of person who would give his last to make sure someone he loved was okay. Family meant everything to him, and he showed his love not only through his words, but through the way he cared for and provided for those around him.

Above all, Terell loved his daughters, Zaria and Zanaya, deeply. They held a place in his heart that distance and circumstances could never change. Even during times when he could not be physically present in their lives, through no choice of his own, they were never absent from his heart or his thoughts. He spoke of them, thought about them, and carried his love for them with him every single day. Zaria and Zanaya were, and will forever remain, deeply loved by their father. His absence could never erase that love, nor the place they held in his heart.

One of Terell’s greatest passions was cooking. In the kitchen, he found a way to express himself and bring people together. He loved preparing all kinds of food, but more than anything, he loved cooking for the people he loved. A meal prepared by Terell was more than food—it was one of the ways he showed his love.

Terell had a true love for sports, especially basketball and football. That love extended beyond simply watching the game—he found great joy in coaching children in basketball and football, sharing his knowledge, encouragement, and love of the game with young athletes. Coaching gave him an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of kids while doing something he genuinely enjoyed.

He also had a love for cars and video gaming. Some of his favorite times were spent gaming, laughing, competing, and simply enjoying life with his best friends, Daremous Davis, Shonnon Grant, and Robert Andrews. Those friendships held a special place in Terell’s life and created countless memories that will now be treasured even more. Whether he was coaching from the sidelines, talking sports, admiring a nice car, cooking something special, or gaming with his friends, Terell brought his personality into everything he enjoyed.

Terell was someone people could turn to. Whether you needed advice, a listening ear, or simply someone to be the voice of reason, he was there. His presence, love, humor, guidance, and the memories created around him will remain with his family and friends for years to come.

Terell was preceded in death by his parents, Pearl Rolle and Gabriel Rolle.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Jennifer Rolle; his daughters, Zaria Rolle and Zanaya Rolle; his stepchildren, Josiah Langston, Jonah Hawkins, and Jada Hawkins; his brothers, Elvis Kelly, Delroy Burgess, and Caple Clarke; his sister, Rose-marie Kelly; his nephews, Christopher Burgess and Sean McKinney; his nieces, Dobbesha Fraser, Nicole Kelly, and Maya Quintana Burgess; his treasured best friends, Daremous Davis, Shonnon Grant, and Robert Andrews; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who loved him dearly.

Terell’s life cannot be measured simply by the years he was given, but by the love he gave, the family he built, the meals he shared, the children he encouraged, the friendships he treasured, and the memories he leaves behind.

He was deeply loved, and his absence will be felt beyond words. Though his time here ended far sooner than those who loved him could have imagined, the love he poured into his family and friends will continue to live through them.

Terell Javon Rolle will forever be loved, forever be remembered, and forever be a part of our family.
